Delivery of products sold on this App / Website is powered by DPPCL

Baba practices contactless delivery & payment for the safety of our customers and delivery executives. All our riders are well equipped with face mask, sanitizers & gloves. We ensure regular sanitization of delivery bags, card machines and delivery vehicle.
Delivery Related

There might be a minimum order value basis your delivery address and product. You will be able to see the minimum order value in the product descriptions if there is any.

Your expected delivery time is displayed during the cart checkout process. Depending upon your location, we might be offering express delivery ( delivery in 4 hours) for additional fees. For already placed orders, please go to My Account -> My Orders to check the order status

Yes, Baba delivers across India. Delivery charges vary by location and cart value. You will be able to see the applied delivery charges during the check out process or 'My Orders' section in My Accounts

After order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. In such scenario, we suggest to cancel the existing order and place a new order with correct delivery address
Order cancellation and rescheduling

It will be difficult for us to make any changes once the order is confirmed, as we have already begun the process of picking and packing. For further help, you can reach out to our customer service at digital@baba.in or 9910600844 and we will try to accommodate your request to the extent possible.

In an unlikely scenario of product damage/ stock out. there may be an instance where the store manager may have to modify the order. The customer will be informed about any changes before order fulfilment.

You will have the option to cancel the order at your end only before the order is packed. You can check the updated order status anytime in the ‘My Orders’ section of the app/ website.
Returns

You can select from the below payment options –Online Payment ( Credit / Debit Card, UPI), Pay by COD

In such cases, we would request you to get in touch with your service bank or digital payment partner directly.
